Interior Demolition
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinets and strip-outs taken down clean and hauled away.
What's involved
The work, explained plainly
Demo is where a renovation either gets a clean start or a messy one. We take out what needs to come out, keep the rest of the house protected, and carry the debris out the same day. Non-load-bearing walls only, and only after a site assessment — structural work belongs to a licensed engineer's plan, not a truck and a sledgehammer.

Questions about this service
Can you knock down a wall?
Non-load-bearing walls can often come out, but only after a site assessment and, where required, your contractor's or engineer's confirmation. We don't remove structural walls.
Do you pull permits?
Permit requirements vary by town and by scope. We'll tell you what your town typically requires, and the permit holder is decided before work is scheduled.
Do you take the debris with you?
Yes. Demolition debris is loaded and removed as part of the job — you're not left with a pile to deal with.
Acceptance of any project depends on site conditions, equipment, safety, permits and applicable regulations. Non-load-bearing wall removal requires a site assessment, and structural work requires confirmation from an engineer or licensed contractor.
