What we collect
When you request an estimate, schedule a visit, send a message or leave a review, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project address, project description, photos you upload, and any notes you add. We also record the date and time of the request.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, price your project, schedule and perform the work, send confirmations and invoices, and keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists unless you ask.
Photos you upload
Project photos are stored privately and are used only to evaluate and price your job. We will ask separately before using any photo in our public gallery.
Who can see your information
Your request, estimate, invoice and appointment records are visible to the business owner and authorized staff, and to you through the customer portal when you sign in with the email you gave us. They are not public.
Payment information
We do not store credit card details. When online payments are enabled, card data is handled by the payment provider and never passes through this website.
Email and notifications
We send transactional emails about your request, estimate, appointment and invoice. These are not marketing messages.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is needed to keep you signed in and to understand basic traffic patterns. If analytics or advertising tools are enabled, they load with consent controls where required.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep job records for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it.
